All Desk Dual products are made to order, nothing sits on a shelf waiting to ship. Here's what to expect.

Production Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to design and 3D print your order before it ships. During high-volume periods (holidays, back-to-school), production may take a little longer, we'll do our best to keep you updated.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping: $8.00, arrives in 5-7 business days after processing
• Express Shipping: $15.00, arrives in 2-3 business days after processing

International Shipping

We ship to a number of countries outside the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country, these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at mmdinorscia@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
